A Regency brass ball mounted mahogany bracket clock.
Pad top with brass carrying handle.
Arched brass fish scale frets to sides backed with silk.
Case restored professionally.

Dial / Movement:
Two train verge escapement White painted arch dial 6.75" x 9.5"with Roman numerals signed:

"Thomas Moss"
"London"

Matching brass spade hands with strike / silent in arch.
Finely engraved back plate featuring basket of flowers and intricate foliate trails

Maker:
Thomas Moss was a clockmaker and watchmaker. Known working dates 1775 until his death in 1827
At 24 Ludgate Street, London in 1775. Also working there 1805-23 from trade directories. Member of the Clockmaker's Company 1786. Numbered some clocks on the backplate
