Gesso capitals to hood pillar columns.

Unusual painted scene in arch of well dressed Georgian man and lady in woodland
setting.
Matted dial centre with inset silvered seconds dial silvered quarter - circle
calendar feature both matching engraved.
Silvered chapter ring with Dutch style arcaded minute band and diamond half hour
markers.
Matching steel hour, minute and second hands.
Good quality Castle Gate style spandrels.

Maker :
Thomas Hutchinson is the only listed maker in Worksop at the time this clock was
made and his known working dates are 1710-64. There was a John Hutchinson working
in Worksop in 1828.
