Commencing with an appreciation of the beauty of Antique Furniture plus an interest in history, we followed the well-trodden path of having an initial interest in antique clocks which developed into a hobby and in turn into a collection. Along the way research into Antique Clocks led to building a small library and some knowledge of the subject.

The point has now been reached where the collection has to be sold so that it may be replaced and the process of discovery be repeated again , otherwise the hobby may stagnate.
